Q. How to place order?
A. Step 1-Visit our website and choose products you are interested in.
Step 2-Send request or email for products for more details. If possible, we can quote our best price ASAP to save your time, please tell us your approximate order quantity, size, style, material...
Step3-We reply any details of products you want to know, confirm all terms by consultation. We send P/I to you for confirmation.
Step4-If shipping way by sea, pay 30%-50% deposit of order. We proceed order while we receive deposit. The balance must be paid while we send B/L copy to you.
If by express or by air, please pay 100% payment. (Note: You can pay through Escrow for our payment on-line products)
Step5-We provide order tracking number or any way, then clients can trace it.
Step6-Clients receive goods and check quality. Whether there is any problem or not, we appreciate your feedback.
Step7-We will contact you for any details of order, also, we will send our new products info or promotion items info to you. Sometimes, we will send our new catalog and samples to you free.
Step8--For damaged goods in quality, we provide free replacement for you.
Q. How to pay for order?
A. PAYPAL, TT or other way by consultation. For shipping goods by sea, please send deposit payment copy to us, then we can proceed order ASAP because of funds into account delay.
We also accept monthly payment for our long-term clients. If you are wholesale company, distributer or events planner, please feel free to contact us and discuss cooperation.
Q. What after-sale service can we provide?
A. We provide after-sale service for damaged products. If you receive damaged products or it's damaged abnormally, please contact us. Send photos of damaged products details, order number or P/I to us, we will take first response and handle problem by consultation.
For regular clients, we can do special discount depend on quarter/half-year/year orders. You can execute discount by yourself. The discount will be put in your next order.
